Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure fairness and hygiene, the following conditions apply:

  • Eligible Products
  • Co-ord Sets
  • Kaftans
  • Scarves & Stoles

These items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • You have the order receipt or proof of purchase
  • Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perfumes
  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions

Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges if:

  • The size does not fit
  • You received a wrong or defective product

Note: Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to request a return:

  1. Contact Us
    Email our support team at info@rumameer.com or WhatsApp us at +92 330 808 0803 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Details
    Share your order number, product name, and reason for return.
    Attach photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  3. Approval & Pickup
    Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.

  4. Inspection & Refund/Exchange
    After receiving the product, our team will inspect it.

    • Refunds are issued as store credit only.

    • Exchanges are dispatched within 2–4 working days after approval.

Refunds (Store Credit)

All eligible returns are refunded in the form of store credit, which:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used on any future purchase
  • Must match the value of the returned product
  • We do not offer cash refunds.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

If you receive:

  • A faulty product
  • A wrong item
  • A damaged package
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    We will replace the product at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
